OCTAVE/EXCEED DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
1. DELIVERY PROCESS
* INSPECTION OF PRODUCT: Once our system processes your ordered products, inspections of products are done completely to ensure their excellent condition.
* READY FOR DELIVERY: As the quality check is done thoroughly, the packaging of the products will be done and they will be handover to our trusted delivery man.
* DELIVER TO YOUR RESPECTIVE PLACE: Our delivery man then bring the package to you at your place as soon as possible. If they are unable to place the order on time, they will call you within the time to get back to your place.
2. ITEMS PACKAGED:
We package our products in unbreakable bags. Each individual product is further packaged in soft paper sheet.
3. DELIVERABLE AREAS:
OCTAVE/EXCEED CLOTHING deliver the products:
PAN INDIA including JAMMU & KASHMIR
4. ORDER TRACKING DETAILS:
You can track your order anytime 24 hours per day from OCTAVE/EXCEED CLOTHING account.
* When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail informing you about the items that were shipped.
* We use courier services to ship these items. Following are the courier's website address

* You can also check the status of your order after 24 hours when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you need any support, please do not hesitate you can contact on our numbers.
5. DELIVERY LEAD TIME:
We generally dispatch majority of our order in 5-7 business days. Kindly note that business days are (Monday - Saturday) excluding public holidays. Refer to shipping service cost for a guide on delivery time.
We allow 2-3 days delivery in following states
PUNJAB & CHANDIGARH (TERRITORY)
6. DELIVERY CHARGES:
* STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES: We have standard shipping charges for all the address. India shipping charges is flat Rs. 120 (inclusive of all taxes) for all the regions when order value is below RS. 1299.
Although there is a free shipping for all the order above Rs. 1299
7. STORE PICKUP:
Door to door delivery facility is not applicable on store pick up.
Merchandise will be packed and ready for the customer to pick up.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY OF OCTAVE EXCEED CLOTHING:
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Once the order is placed customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of the order placement.
You can cancel the order from the website of Octave Exceed Clothing or you can write to our customer support team Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM (Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM).
Same Policy is applicable for the store pick up also.
In both cases order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the customer within 3 to 4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being refunded, we process the refund once the product has been received and confirmed at our warehouse.
Payment through CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, NET BANKING AND UPI PAYMENTS refund will be processed to the same account within 48 to 72 business hours. It may 2-3 additional business days for the account to reflect your account.
