We will refund money through credit points.
Credit points are added in customer account which are redeemable at next purchase.

Not on offline purchase.
Credit points is valid for 1 year only.
Credit points are not for multiportal purchase like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio etc.
Octave Exceed Clothing Credits will be initiated after receiving the product at our warehouse.
OCTAVE/EXCEED CLOTHING credits will be initiated after receiving the product at our warehouse.
Our team will collect the products within 2-4 business days. We will start the refund process only if the products are in their original packing, unused it with tags, label etc.
If you have any problem with your order in terms of color, Size etc. Please return the products in their original packing with their labels, tags within 24-48 working hours.
We also provide refund through OCTAVE/EXCEED website credit points which can be used during future purchase.
Same policy is applicable for store pick up also.
If the product which is returned does not comply with our return policy we will not accept the product. We will not process the refund of that product which does not comply with our return policy.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPMENT:
If you found the product which is damaged during shipment, please contact our customer support team (0161 – 2783041, 0161 – 2783042, customercare.octave@gmail.com) instantly. You have all the rights to refund the damaged products.
You can inform our customer support team within 2-3 days of receiving the package.
For returning the products please follow our process. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged product.
EXCHANGE SERVICES:
We don't have any exchange services.
You can definitely return any product that you are not satisfied in selected OCTAVE/EXCEED STORES.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OCTAVE/EXCEED CLOTHING:
It will be necessary for the customer to sign all the deliveries.
Due to logistical difficulties in certain areas, we reserve our rights to cancel your order or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (requiring such orders to be conditional upon minimum value of products being ordered in single transaction.).
Merchandise cannot be returned for cash.
Merchandise can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase along with original purchase invoice and all tag intact on the product.
Merchandise can only be exchanged from same store of original purchase.
Defective item can only be exchanged within 4-5 days from the date of purchase along with original purchase of invoice.
Not more than two refund requests can be made on same article.
Product bought from OCTAVE/EXCEED Clothing or any other multi brand outlets cannot be returned at exclusive stores.
For reason of hygiene exchange on socks, caps, mufflers, leather goods or any other accessories will not be accepted.
Merchandise purchased on end of season sale and mid season sale are not eligible for any refund.
Price adjustments will not be an honoured for any marked-down merchandise.
If our delivery provider cannot make delivery to you at your shipping address, an additional attempt will be made on the following business day. In case of second delivery failure, the parcel will be sent back and refund will be given for all orders.
